Beast Village Radio
Hosted by Jake Small LIVE every Monday at 12:00am
Beast Village Radio is a weekly show on Radio Free Brooklyn, spinning records and discussing the artist development journey in New York City. The show is about going for it in music, the challenges involved, and what it takes to make it work as an independent artist. We'll play great music, welcome special guests, and discuss songwriting, recording, live performances, artist promotion, and the business of building a career in music. In New York City, artist career development and economic viability are compromised by time spread thin between working, creating content, and networking, without enough hours dedicated solely to producing great music. This show will explore that dynamic. Above all, Beast Village Radio is about great records, creative ambition, and making it work in New York City.
